On the 2d of April certification of services of professional cleaning L&T in Russia (ISO 9001) has successfully come to the end. During three days auditors have familiarized with processes of management, sales, with organization of work of the personnel and manufacture, and also have visited some objects served by the company in Moscow and in Moscow Region selectively. In the course of audit there were not found any infringements and discrepancies to certification conditions.
The system of providing of services in professional cleaning of L&T in Russia is constructed in the same way, as well as at earlier certificated systems of industrial lines L&T: Ecological Management and Services for the Industrial enterprises in Finland. Requirements of rendering of services are based on concern ISM requirements, and also on the international quality standards of services in professional cleaning. Features of providing of services in Russia and requirements of the local legislation are also being part of management system.
General director of L&T Service Jaana Mulari considers that the value of systematized way in management of business is getting more importance, as in Russia, and abroad. "The united scheme of management raises the satisfaction of clients and also well affects on overall performance and is one of the basic preconditions to growth and development. We believe that with certificate of the quality, we will receive competitive advantage."
