Since 1st April, 2009 "L&T Podmoskovie" LLC is providing services to domestic sector of Noginsk city.
At the first stage, we are planning to modernize the system of domestic waste collection and transportation. Thereby the present park of serving vehicles and containers will be replaced in the nearest future by modern highly-productive vehicles and equipment.
Solid domestic waste and bulky waste will be collected separately. For this reason, waste chambers of apartment houses and containers areas are equipped by plastic rolling eurocontainers (with a lid) with a capacity of 0,66 and 0,36 m3 for solid domestic waste collection, and large metal containers for bulky and building waste are set up in proper places.
Besides, it is being planned to build new container shelter and to equip the existent ones.
Container shelters areas will make the town look neat and well-groomed, and will prevent waste from being scattered by wind, birds and animals (provided waste is put into the container and the container is closed). All the waste is taken into the dust-cart without spilling.
As a result, waste collection areas become much cleaner and tidier. There are metal containers with a capacity of 8, 15, 20 and 27 m3 being placed in special areas for bulky waste collection (old furniture, out-of-service household appliances and construction waste).
After the modernization of the existent waste management system we are expecting the increase of urban people's living conditions, the improvement of external image and provided service.
In future, the company is planning to start separate waste collection in housing space and in public places in Noginsk. For this purpose, separate containers for different kind of waste will be installed, so that recyclable waste (paper, board, metall, glass, plastic) can be gathered in on container, and the rest waste is collected in other containers.
